I moved to Thousand Oaks in 1996 from Culver City. I am one of those people who was born, grew up, got married, had three children and never moved from the home where I was born. One day my husband and I decided that it was time to move to a less congested area and also that we needed a much larger home since our children were young adults needing a lot more space. My husband, who works in the movie industry, was working on the film "American Quilt" in Ventura. He fell in love with the city. We looked at Ventura and decided that we would be too far away from the studios, so we moved our sights to an area closer to L.A. That area was Thousand Oaks. I have never been sorry for that change.
I recently obtained my Accredited Buyers Representative certificate and I am now working on my Credentialed Residential Specialist certificate. My goal is to be able to assist my clients with the most up to date information about their real estate transaction. I enjoy assisting people in making the most important financial decision that has the greatest impact on their future.
This year I have accepted the role of co-captain on the American Cancer Society Relay for Life in the Conejo Valley and I am working diligently to meet our goal.
